Travelling on a motorbike is nowadays common sense and a easy way to enjoy the scenery, meet the locals and have a great time.
The economical growth has granted most of the westerners the possibility to access to bigger and better motorbikes making long distance riding as easy as packing the bike and leaving.
With such easiness some of the adventure flavour has been lost. In fact to have a sense of adventure we need to travel to far away places in order to feel the adrenaline rush of being miles away from home.
Bearing that in mind a group of friends decided to revive the adventure of going in a medium range (4000+ kms) tour riding small 50cc scooters and mopeds.
No support vehicle, no fancy hotels and only a week to rover in the less visited villages of the Atlas mountains.
Every participant will be looking after his bike, doing all the repairs needed, cooking his meals and setting up his tent every night.
Along the way he will have to photograph the places visited and write a journal of the adventures and misfortunes he encounters. The purpose of this registry is to have material to publish a news feature in motorcycling magazines and to do a Photo exhibition.
